My passion for massage therapy began during my childhood when I was able to offer some comfort to my mother's chronic pain through massage. She suffered from neck pain due to multiple motor vehicle accidents with a prior diagnosis of scoliosis before age 11. Through helping her, I developed the passion to help others and later realized that massage would fulfill this passion. I've now been a licensed massage therapist since 2016, keeping up with the most current and updated techniques and information.

My sessions can range from deeply relaxing to deeply therapeutic. I enjoy helping increase range of motion and mobility, as well as body awareness. I have a nurturing nature and strong intuition, but I listen closely and monitor non-verbal cues to achieve the goals discussed with each client at the beginning of the session. My preferred massage techniques are ashiatsu, pregnancy, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, also incorporating cupping, aromatherapy and raindrop technique when needed. I have a strong desire for growth and expansion and look forward to increasing the range of modalities I use.

Another thing that is close to my heart is empowering women. I love to support women in achieving their dreams and goals, as I know there are times when we can all use more support! One future goal of mine is to support pregnant women and their families as a childbirth educator and through birth work. Until then, I will support you wherever you are and will get behind good causes in the community that are tied to this passion.

When I am not working, I enjoy time with my family, crafting and laughing with my friends or getting out and enjoying all the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer, from the coast to the mountains, fields and streams.

For any questions, simply give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to walking with you on your journey to healing.
